No internet access on Razr Maxx after JB update #1767

Which device (manufacturer, type)?

Which firmware is installed? 4.1.2 JB

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.2 beta

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start wifi tethering
2. Connect other device to network

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The SSID shows up in my laptop's wifi list, with full green bars showing good 
reception. As soon as I connect the laptop to the network, the bars go gray 
showing no reception, and there is no internet access.

Please provide any additional information below.

Old Droid Razr Maxx (not HD) rooted  with 4.2.1 Jelly Bean

OP Update: I uninstalled then reinstalled, now the wifi signal is normal when 
connected, but I still get "No Internet Access" even after updating wireless 
adapter driver and enabling ad-hoc connections.

I uninstalled and reinstalled several different versions on my Razr Maxx. I 
finally had luck with Version 3.2 Beta 2, not version 3.3. Hope this helps 
someone. My upload and download both said 0 as well and would not broadcast the 
SSID to my laptop.
