Which firmware is installed? 4.2.2

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.1 Beta 14

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

After starting the service, I wanted to connect with my PadPhone 2, but saw no 
network. Connecting over the SSID didn't worked either.

Please provide any additional information below.

using setup method netd after auto didn't worked.
