on startup it says it started with errors and show log and log says does not exist

Which device (samsung, galaxy s4)?

Which firmware is installed? Android 4.2.2

What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.3 beta2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.clicking start tethering
2.then clicking show log
3.

What is the expected output? Tether should start and I should be able to see log

What do you see instead? When starting it says started with errors and to go to 
log abd when I click show log it says file died not exist

Please provide any additional information below.

 is really a great app I had it on galxy s2 and it worked perfectly

I'm experiencing the same exact issue on a Verizon Galaxy S4, Android 4.2.2, 
and my version of WiFi Tether is 3.3-beta2-06102013.

Same issue on Sprint Galaxy S4. v3.3-beta2 - 6/10/13 Android 4.2.2

On start of WiFi Tether first message says "WiFi has been granted Superuser 
permissions:
/data/data/com.googlecode.android.wifi.tether.com/bin/tether start"

Second message says "Tethering started with errors! Please check 'Show Log'."

I have used this on HTC Evo 4G for several years.

It work on my old s3 but I broke it and a new one thur insurance and now it 
saids log does not exist

I have the same problem on my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S4 4.2.2. I am using the 
TetheringProvision.apk which allowed me to even use tethering due to the new 
MDL version having it disable. Not sure if that helps

I have the same issue as #2 after I updated my Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3 OTA 
update 4.3. I had to reroot my phone after the update but had the same problem 
as number 2.. I was originally on 4.1.2 and I had no problems whats so ever and 
no i regret updating despite the amazing features I have on 4.3. My phone is 
have a few issues and I am without internet at home cuz I don't have wifi 
tether enabled.
