Rezound 3.2beta1 works, 3.3beta2 does not

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
HTC Rezound,, rooted, std mfg ROM
Which firmware is installed?
Android 4.0.3, s/w 4.05.605.14.710RD
What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.2 beta 1 / 3.3 beta 2
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install 3.3 beta2 - start tether - no errors in log
2. Other devices cannot see 'AndroidTether'
3. Uninstall 3.3 beta2, install 3.2 beta1
4. Everything works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With 3.2 beta 1 other devices can see wifi-tether's network but with 3.3 beta2 
there are no errors for tether start but none of the other devices can see the 
tether network's SSID.
Please provide any additional information below.
I use the HTC Rezound setting and have MSS clamping, Routing fix enabled in 
both versions. The rest of the settings are default.

Just thought I would inform you of this issue. For now, 3.2 beta 1 works for me.

I wanted to report I am having the same issue. Just did a reset (rooted,) 
installed SU and this was the 2nd package I installed. 3.3 beta 2 does not seem 
to start the wireless driver with either (or both) reloads enabled. 3.2.2 works 
out of the box.

Device profile is set to Rezound, I am using a new SSID, Access control, 
Routing Fix, and have Disable Wake Lock checked.
