Motorola droid Razer HD max
Which firmware is installed?
4.1.2
What version of wireless tether are you using?
3.3
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.start app change settings to
2.Netd-nDC 
3.WiFi driver reload

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Computer connects to 
phone but only get local access no internet connection

Please provide any additional information below.
