AP won't start. Fails every time. #1853

Which device (manufacturer, type)?
EVO 3D CDMA
Which firmware is installed?
4.2.2 P.A.C.man ROM
What version of wireless tether are you using? 3.3beta2-06102013

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open app
2. Start Wi-Fi tether
3. wifi tether started with errors! (check 'Show Log') 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Other devices do not 
recognize the tether even though it is enabled. 

Please provide any additional information below. I love your app! Have used it 
since the first version!
