Host header not correctly set (does not work on some Vhosted / alternate ports) #136

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a server with multiple vhosts
2. Connect using IP and port
3. Use an alternate port configuration (not standard ports)

What is the expected output?
  Correct return.

What do you see instead?
  Server does not know which configuration to use (server specific with no default handler set)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  Latest, on iPhone 4 with SAP WSDL services.

Please provide any additional information below.
  Included is a patch to fix this.
