Change namespace of current code base #3

Since we move all existing code into this new project, we should consider
to change existing namespace - QiHe into ExcelLibrary. This is more
consistent and also less confusing for the users of this library.

However the files under 
Office\Excel\Records\,Office\Excel\EscherRecords\,Office\Excel\SubRecords\ are 
generated by a tool, I also need to modify this tool.

CodeLib is used also for other projects, so that namespace should not be 
changed.

Okay. Just let you know, I put a new class, UniqueList (r12) under CodeLib 
before.
Should I move it to else where?
