Updated chapter instructions.
Updated screenshots at 1280x783.
Tested steps with a new AWS Account.
Updated blockquote within post-content to not be enormous.
Left old screenshots for other languages as I couldn't update them to match the new instructions.

Saw a reference to Customizing your IAM Policy in the discussion on this chapter. Should a similar reference be added into the chapter text?
