Add configuration for api custom port numbers #24

As I need to run another server instance on port 8080, I want to be able to customize the port number of the home webapi and socketapi server instances.

Oops, I forgot that the homebridge-buschjaeger also has hardcoded this ports. I will create a PR at the repo as well...
