A suggestion that came up in my meeting last week with the RS was to have a link on the pages that would allow members logging visits to open an email directly to their respective leader so that they could send any sensitive info directly to them while they were thinking about their reports.

I don't think it has to be automatic. It can even be something hardcoded into the html of the template that opens through their own mail client.

Am I making any sense? I know barely enough techie lingo to be dangerous.

Do we want this to actually be knowledgeable about which leaders are available? Or should there just be three links:

Three links is easy trying to be knowledgeable about which link shows up would be a bit more difficult.

Let's go for simple and easy on this one. :)

This should be resolved with the next push.

This is pushed out.

This is great. Can you please change the text from "Or send an email instead:" to "To send an email with additional information:" On Mar 26, 2013 8:20 PM, "Aaron Boushley" notifications@github.com wrote:

I've made that change and it will go out with the next production deployment.
