Figure out how we want to handle batch import #7

"There needs to be a way to batch-import pre-existing comments and notes into the database. Discovery Park probably has at least 100 rows of pre-existing info that we want to put in the database. I think Elliott Bay Ward may have a similar amount. For some households, there will be multiple entries. It would be far too time-consuming for us to retype all this info.

If we were to prepare a .csv file or spreadsheet containing this info, with each row identified by the membership record number of the person to whom the info is connected, then could the programmers import that info directly into the database on the back end? It should be possible. This process could be done after the initial sync with MLS has been done for a given ward."

This is low priority for me unless it is easy to accomplish.
