Figure out a sustainable way of handling missionaries and senior couples

So... my thoughts here is that we could just add records manually for the FTMs and any couple missionaries we may have in the ward. For example, we could just have an individual called "Full Time Missionaries" and then a member of the ward mission enter data on their behalf under that "individual" for the contacts/visits they make. I don't see the FTMs using the internet.

For a missionary couple we could just create records manually for them too, like "The Jones'."

That sounds reasonable. I think this issue is really about the fact that the way the data is currently structured there is no way to have families that aren't tied to something imported with the ward list. So we need to introduce the idea of members who aren't on the ward list.
