Support for other than Axis cameras #3

It may be possible to support other than Axis network cameras. Axis cameras and 
their API will however continue to drive the development of this plugin.

Cameras from other manufacturers can be supported by some kind of plugin 
architecture where the user can define the API for live video, record and so 
on. The plugin must then be able to respect the capabilities of a camera, since 
an added camera not necessarily support all features available for Axis cameras.

A nice feature following this request would be if users could send their 
created API definitions to the plugin developers, making it possible for that 
non-Axis camera to be officially supported in following plugin releases.
