Web.Security does not support CustomCodeFolderName #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set 02. Framework Generation - CustomCodeFolderName's value to "CustomLogic"
2. Generate NetTiers solution

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Web.Security's Custom Code folder remains at "App_Code", and is not renamed
to "CustomLogic"

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
r760 - CodeSmith 5
