Unable to compile the web application #306

1. Create a SQL Server 2005/8 database with the attached script 
(CodesmithDB.zip).
2. Execute code generation against that database.
3. Try to compile the web application.

You'll get a few compilation errors. If a database has two tables with two 
intersection tables, that confuses the code generator. 

I am using Codemsith 5.2.1 with Nettiers 2.3.
