Excel export does not work when using the ConfirmButtonExtender

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place an EntityGridView on your page
2. Inside the grid place a TemplateColumn with an ImageButton and a 
ConfirmButtonExtender
3. Try to export your data to excel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected the export. Got an exception related to the control ID of the 
ConfirmButtonExtender

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
NetTiers 2.3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
