CSP not re-generated #308

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Generate .netTiers
2. Change something (usually SourceTables setting) in the CodeSmith
generation dialog
3. Generate .netTiers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect the generated CSP in the References folder to be overwritten
with the new values that were just used. It is not overwritten.

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
.netTiers version 2.3.0
CodeSmith version 4.1.4

Please provide any additional information below.
Workaround: Delete existing CSP before clicking Generate button.

Are you pressing the Okay button in the CSP? Could you please send 
support@codesmithtools.com a screen cast of this issue.
