improve fill #314

i think it's should Provide a method like dataaccess layer's "Fill" in the data 
operate layer,Possibly should make the Fill method as a interface in data 
operate layer for each onjectProvide,so we can get objectList without "custom 
procedure" with custom method,we can Implement this method later for business 
logic and do some logic work in code ....
