Remove references to ANSI_NULL

"In a future version of SQL Server, ANSI_NULLS will always be ON and any 
applications that explicitly set the option to OFF will generate an error. 
Avoid using this feature in new development work, and plan to modify 
applications that currently use this feature."

Having those lines in custom SPs means they also arn't correctly returning a 
TList.  I based a custom SP on a generated one and it took me a little while to 
realise why it wasn't working as expected.

I have patched and attached.
