My SQL Support is missing with the latest version of .netTiers 2.3.1, Code smith version 5.3.4 #388

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open the netTiers cstr file
2. from the properties - try to get connected to database
3. from available providertype select Mysqlschemaprovider and it is not
allowing to build a connectionstring - not we can test the manually entered
connection string...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
it should allow us to connect to mysql database and generating My SQL
connection string - when we press TEST we should be able to test it.

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
Code smith version 5.3.4
.netTiers version 2.3.1 , I have also tried with nightly build version 2.3-r887
- but facing the same issue on both..

Please provide any additional information below.

We have to work with both MS SQL SERVER and MY SQL databases. so, we will be
using both as some of our clients are using MY SQL and some are using SQL
Server. So, if there is any update - it will help us...

Thanks,
Chirag

The MySQLSchemaProvider doesn't have a built in ConnectionString Builder UI. Do
you have this installed (http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/net/)?

Hello,

Can you please contact CodeSmith Support (support@codesmithtools.com) and we'll
get this resolved as soon as possible. This appears to be an issue relating to
CodeSmith Generator/MySQL support and not the .netTiers templates.

Thanks
