Allow for time in calendar #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In DateTime fields the calendar js control not allow enter the time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to set the time in calendar and this js fill the form field

What version of .netTiers and CodeSmith are you using?
netTiers 2.0 and CodeSmith 3.2

I have created a custom TimePicker control that may be a good for this.
This is a separate control from the calendar.  It includes a textbox for the 
date, 
and additional text boxes for the Hour, Minute, and optional Seconds, including 
an 
AM/PM dropdownlist.  For those of you who use military time, there's an option 
to 
switch between that an US Standard.

I'll see what I can do. ;)
