Is this project dead? It seems like it since the last commit was over four years ago (February 2016).

I guess we should use: https://github.com/bats-core/bats-core/ instead. Looks like they are keeping things in active development.

I was looking at this last week and wondered the same. Thanks for the link to the other project.

There was a call for maintainers and it did move to bats-core. You can see what happened in the comments on issue #150
