WHOIS traditionally reports a bunch of useless junk like the epoch timestamp of when someone connected, how many seconds they've been idle, the server they're connected to. So it might not be worth adding.
Talking with lee though, it does provide a full channel listing for a user, which might make it worth adding. Thoughts?
