Different icon required for readinglists in myCourse #3

Would be nice to have a different icon rather than the standard webpage - we liked the book icon but that is used on moodle already, unless we could have this in a different colour perhaps?

If a new icon can be designed/found, it is just a matter of replacing the existing /mod/readinglist/pix/icon.gif with the new icon I think

RE - are there any unused icons in myCourse/moodle already that we can pick from? We liked the book icon but appreciate this is not feasible - could we have the book icon with a different colour, or something along those lines?

Library staff to supply LTU with the icon we'd like. Must be 16x16 pixels. Options used elsewhere include a pair of glasses, a stack of books, a checklist on a clipboard - asked Project Group for feedback on this.

Moodle will be moving to 24x24 pixels - samples can be found here, including current 16x16 icons http://docs.moodle.org/dev/2.3_icons_versus_2.4

Suggest project group produce rough sketch or idea, then I get Paul Maple to work it up to meet both the current and the new spec.

Project group looking at and will choose and then ask edc to mock up

3 designs voted upon - MH to liaise with LT for mock-ups 13/02/13

I have emailed RE with 3 suggested icons designs and asked he liaise with colleagues in edc to design new icon. Email sent 13/2/2013

Agreed on icon at meeting 13/03/13 - to be released May/June time along with publicity and push for semester 1 - icon to go on all publicity from this point. Has been designed for both versions of moodle required.
