Discussed in meeting 23/01/13:

Owen's high level documentation is great - Roger and Daran to feedback

As a next step, we feel we need more detailed documentation on those bits of the system that involve the cron, cache and filter (specifically to help us answer issues #1 and #26 ).

Daran/Roger to liaise and confirm what additional info is needed

DP/RE would like pre-meet with Owen to discuss - generally we want to tidy up code, make efficiencies, find out what code is redundant etc.
