Moodle upgrades - 6ths #52

Plan is that Moodle will be upgraded every 6 months from now on.

Daran will liaise with Owen to ensure that we test reading list modules on new upgrades.

2.4 will be the next proposed update - can we envisage any particular issues with this one please?

I'm running 2.4 on my local machine. No issues encountered so far. I'll update this issue if I find any problems.

Looking to update to 2.4 this summer - please report anything you notice.

DP/RE to confirm to OS that 2.4 is going ahead and when - email request 08/07/13

moving to 2.4.5 and should be completed by the end of this month - July 2013. We have got a date of the 18th pencilled in for our staging server so any required code changes to the associated reading list modules would need to be available for that date.
