Can 'online' be automatically entered into the availability field for eJournals? #70

Would it be possible to auto-populate the Availability field for a Journal Article reference type with the text 'online' when getting data via DOI? The majority of our linked articles are electronic (specially if they have a DOI), and any print articles will be referenced manually.

This is not fixed by above commit - mis-read requirement
