What should be translated in Localization?

I want to update the existing translation, but I have some doubts.

Example:

In the current translation, I see that some _tags are translated, some are not, like this:

So should this kind of ending with _tags be translated? In my understanding, this is a name separated by spaces and used in the filter menu. In other words, should all the values in this file (to the right of the = sign) be translated?

not sure, but I think each word should be translated. To be sure you should just try and verify if it works.
