Fixed radiator convection dissipation display #34

This pull request has the fix for the radiators convection display. Without this, the radiators report a huge amount of heat dissipation but only do a small amount.

There are also some tweak-scale changes and a change to the lighbulb engine that kinda makes sense that I made for another player, allowing it to produce a little power all the time. I would not include them but I actually don't know how to do pull requests and not include things. They do add some fun though if you wanted to add them.
