Cannot Move Depleted Fuel Or Actinides To Storage Tanks #44

I cannot move actinides or depleted fuel out of reactors and into a different tank. I've tried shutting the reactor down but that doesn't do anything. Is this a bug or a feature? If it's a feature then why do the tanks have storage space for the stuff?

Well I beleive the Idea was to use a Lab to reprocess the fuel and dispose the depleted fuel in the tanks. I will look into it.
