Near Future mode "upgradedRadiatorArea" #8

"upgradedRadiatorArea" should be nerfed along with "radiatorArea" when KSPI runs in NF mode. If not, upgraded radiators become wildly unbalanced.

Ah yes, that explains so much. Also I believe the nitrogen cooling effect remains unchanged as well.

Are you talking about the nitrogen radiators? Because those should be covered by this as well.

No, I mean the converter module that turns liquid nitrogen and heat into gaseous nitrogen. I just thought of it when I read your change.

Ah so I suppose the Waste Heat output needs to be reduced as well?
