Installation error Node red in Home Assistant.

Hello. I am running Home Assistant on a VM on my server for all our home automations. Inside Home Assistant I run Node red. I have a few LOGOs and one s71200 CPU I would like to communicate with.

Describe the bug

Node dose not install.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Node Red
2. Click on top right corner 3 lines (settings)
3. Scroll down to Manage Pallet
4. Click install tab
5. search for Node-red-contrib-s7
6. click install
7. see error.

Log

Attached Log File Trying to find the log file the log file speaks of.

Environment

• Version 3.1
• Node-RED version: (https://github.com/hassio-addons/addon-node-red/tree/v14.0.2)

I can not get to the directory with the other log file in. Its like it does not exist.
