Describe the bug

os: win 10 nodejs:14.3.0 npm:6.14.5 plc: s7 smart200

install node-red-contrib-s7 successfully; it's report Error connecting to PLC: Error: read ECONNRESET Error after setting the plc info ; plc communicate with setp 7 -microWin Smart successfully;

Can anyone help? my plc is s7 smart200, node prompt offline always！
