Synology Surveillance Station Smartthings no image

I had no issues installing per your instructions. All seem well. My SmartThings App has found my Surveillance Station and has added the camera, However, there is not an image displaying. When I depress TAKE, It appears to be "taking". I have tried the additional changes as suggested most recent. Any recommendations... or need more info?

Did you ever get this to work? I have the same issue. Finds my 8 cameras, Each one shows up at 'On' with an Image Capture box that is blank and Motion sensor box that never shows motion.
