[Feature Request]: Update quick-start-guide.md and provide make version documents

Summary

I wanted to bring to your attention that the current Quick Start Guide provided for the project appears to be outdated. Some of the steps mentioned in the guide are no longer applicable, and it might cause confusion among new users trying to get started with the project. I saw, some makefile contains helpful information for quick start.
