Temporarily remove CatalogModuleTests as it seems to break context caching #100

See this Travis build. It fails over a lookup that shouldn't actually happen and I suspect that to happen due to some components running that are left overs from some other ApplicationContext instance. The issue resolves as soon as we stop running CatalogModuleTests.
