Separate libraries for iphoneos and iphonesimulator #1

So unnecessary architectures in the libraries will not be bundled with the app.
Deleted pre-built binaries.
Added .gitignore.

Hey are you sure that the x86 version is actualy included in the native iOS app? I don't think it is.
