[BUG] Review panel broken in several ways

Describe the bug

I installed the extension for the first time. When I tried to use the review pane many things failed:

1. When I create a note with the tag #review, nothing appears, I have to restart Obsidian in order to see it.
2. The arrows are too close to the title of the note (unlike screenshots I've seen around the web).
3. Sometimes an open arrow (pointing downwards) is shown but the section is collapsed.
4. Sometimes the same section (for some particular day) appears twice, with some notes in one and other notes in the other.
5. Sometimes some note is not visible but if I collapse a section then the note appears below it.

To reproduce see the screenshots. The expected behavior is obvious.

Before the bugs are fixed, there is one tip that hopefully will make this less frustrating for you.

Instead of restarting Obsidian, simply click on the flashcard icon.

This has a side effect of regenerating the note review sidebar.

Hi @karimodm, how are you? Hope all going well.

Given your good work with #424, do you think you would be able to work on this one? Or parts of it?
