[FEAT] Add an offset input so that the current date of review can be altered

However the app interprets date, there would be advantages to being able to change the current date for review that is interpreted by the app:

• moving the date behind would allow for people to catch up on reviews after a pause or holiday
• If people want to review ahead, that option will be available as well

Of course, with this, the offset would have to be permanently in place until it is updated again. But, this is a simple features that allows users to take scheduling into their own hands @st3v3nmw @ronzulu

@ronzulu is there any update on this? I am running into consistent backlog issues due to not being able to review all my flashcards at various times. All I ask is for a parameter that can be set at the settings page that simply offsets the date that the plugin things it is. That should trickle down and not require any further changes in functionality no? Be it for taking a holiday or for reviewing ahead.

What I had in mind:

• keep all the calculated dates in the HTML following notes the same
• upon the plugin determining the date, simply take this user parameter if it is enabled and add it to the date that the plugin thinks it is
• positive numbers would review ahead, negative numbers would offset a holiday
• nothing else has to change. Simply the input date that is picked up needs to be edited
