[FEAT] Support multiple card reviews in a single day #906

Describe the solution you'd like Thank you very much to the author for developing this plugin to make learning English easy, but I encountered a problem, the specific description is: a word is not fully remembered after selecting an option, but it can only be memorized tomorrow, can it be repeated several times a day like Anki?

And open PRs: update date format to YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm and support review before due #614 Implementation of same-day reviews in 1, 5, and 10 minute intervals #569
