include:

• thank them for their interest in being a guest speaker
• mention who referred them to us (if applicable)
• ask for a date/provide window when they can come in (our window are the next available guest speaker times, note we plan on doing guest speakers bi-weekly)
• ask for the topic they will be talking about
• ask what resources they will have (a presentation...)
• ask what they need (technology, a stage, a certain setup...)
• ask if they are coming in person or through google meet
