We need to identify a better fitting tile for global and even maybe a dedicated one for Kola (if avaialble)

I've been experimenting with using the tiles from skyvector (https://t.skyvector.com/V7pMh4xRihflnr61/301/2410/{z}/{x}/{y}.jpg) but so far I had no luck figuring out the correct projection parameters. I also don't know if we are even legally allowed to use these tiles, but they seem ideal for our use-case to me.
