Private Community Management #53

As an extremely handsome and brilliant end user, I want to be able to manage who can view my private community.

Acceptance Criteria

  1. Can add users to the community
  2. Can assign one of the following permissions: visitor, moderator
  3. An email is sent upon invitation to the new user
