"ids" search parameter #12

Should the "ids" search parameter not be included in the "Basic" conformance class for consistency with the Item Search ? It would return the collections with the corresponding "ids".

ids doesn't exist in Records, which this is aligned to. I'm also not so sure about the usefulness of the ids parameter on general. I've never seen that being used in Item Search either. PRs are welcome though.
