Moon illumination? #31

In addition to solar_illumination, it could make sense to add something like lunar_illumination for nighttime usecases. Is this the right place?

Field Name Data Type Description
lunar_illumination number The lunar illumination of the band, as measured at half the maximum transmission, in W/m2/micrometers.

Or would this make more sense as a percentage? Percent of the Moons Illuminated? (This is for the CEOS ARD PFS NTLSR)
