This PR adds automatic updating for the github.io site every night. Some of the extension readme's may need to be updated to make this work correctly.

Before this gets merged, we should update any extensions that don't follow the template format.

Two additional thoughts:

The table also contains external repos, we should probably move these to a new table that is manually updated.
We may want to filter the Template repo
