Updated this, made some changes as had been discussed - it's no longer an Extension to Catalog, it's just a FeatureCollection now, but if we want it to extend Item-Collection we'll need to get a JSON schema for that in stac-api-spec

As discussed in the PSC, the extension has been deprecated.

@matthewhanson I took the chance this morning to deprecate it as recently some related questions landed in my inbox. ;-) I hope that is fine for you.
