Update label for pl extension #22

This updates the company name for the pl extension to Planet Labs PBC.

Should the source of truth for this be the extension schema? Released versions of this schema are now available at https://planetlabs.github.io/stac-extension/.

Thanks. The source of truth should be the extension, indeed. I think at some point I started to align, but it may not have the latest changes included so verifying that they are up to date would be good. I can do that via the Planet contract or you can do it, however you prefer.

@m-mohr - would that come from the title in the schema?

The title is currently set to "Planet Labs Extension" - which maybe makes sense if you come across the the extension without other context. Seeing "Planet Labs PBC" in the metadata table in STAC Browser makes sense since the "STAC" context is already there. Do you think that also makes sense as the title of the extension?

Oh, no, I just meant the actual fields and their schema (i.e. type etc) are the source of truth, not necessarily the annotations in the JSON Schema. The labels for the extension and fields are mostly just "invented" by me and that's fine. If there's official wording for the fields in the docs, we can use that of course.

The title of the JSON Schema and the title for the extension here can be separate. I think planet Labs PBC here makes sense. The title in the JSON Schema is not really used afaik.

Ok, so I'll leave this change to just be about updating the label for the extension.
