This problem is caused by riot adding firewall.

Before, quite a lot of people had encountered this problem.

So I rewritten it with aiohttp. I didn't think it would cause this problem again.

I'm having this same error as of today running on a win server 2016 VPS and the same error when I try again on my local pc. Haven't had any problem with bot for beyond a month prior!

v2.0 used the requests library

v3.0 I have changed to aiohttp library to avoid this error
